You lease unused space for a community solar installation and receive benefits for the 25-year term with no power-purchase obligation.

How it Works

  • By converting your roof space into a solar system, receive annual payments for leasing in the form of roof lease payments, as well as electricity credits for produced solar energy.

  • Solar electricity is generally less expensive than fossil fuel sources and can be stored in batteries for later use, leading to a lower monthly electricity bill for the owner and residents.

  • Roofs eligible for solar installation will receive an upfront budget for a roof renovation.
